About RSCM20
Project RSCM20 aims to upskill all Regular R SIGNALS and QG SIGNALS Sig - Sgt from legacy Career Employment Qualifications (CEQ) to an appropriate level in the new CEQ training pipeline under the R SIGNALS Career Model 2020 (RSCM20).
RSCM20 aims to close the knowledge and skill gap from the legacy CEQ to the new one, and help ensure that soldiers gain industry-level skills in accordance to rank. The project, currently due to run until 2026, will strive to take existing qualifications into account, and drive up ability and experience.
BIT was founded in 2004 as an IT Security Consultancy, and IT and Cyber Security Training company. We support industry, local authorities, MoD and governmental IT departments to strategise, train and implement affordable training and security measures to support their growing IT estates.
